Under his leadership, Verizon has achieved record performance, including $1.2 billion in incremental revenue, a 30% year-over-year sales growth, & operating yields exceeding 70%, through the strategic integration of AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, & end-to-end product modernization. Over the course of his career, Phil has spearheaded multi-year enterprise transformations that unify product strategy, marketing, & the customer experience into cohesive, growth-oriented ecosystems.
His leadership of Verizon’s Home Digital Commerce & Marketing organization resulted in a $5 billion annualized revenue growth through strategic commercialization of new growth initiatives & connected commerce capabilities.
