Under his leadership, Verizon achieved record performance, including $1.2 billion in incremental revenue, 30% year-over-year sales growth, & operating yields exceeding 70%, driven by the strategic integration of AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, & end-to-end product modernization. Over the course of his career, Phil spearheaded multi-year enterprise transformations that unified product strategy, marketing, & customer experience into cohesive, growth-oriented ecosystems.
His leadership of Verizon’s Home Digital Commerce & Marketing organization resulted in $5 billion in annualized revenue growth through the strategic commercialization of new technology, product innovation, & scaled growth initiatives. Earlier, he pioneered Verizon’s data-driven, real-time digital marketing operating model, establishing a continuous experimentation & personalization framework that materially improved customer engagement, retention, & sustainable growth across the business.
